Nynäshamnsgeriatriken är en liten och välfungerande geriatrisk slutenvårdsavdelning i Nynäshamn med 22 vårdplatser. Här arbetar ett sammansvetsat team bestående av sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, läkare, kurator, fysioterapeut och arbetsterapeut. Många i teamet har arbetat här länge, vilket skapar trygghet, kontinuitet och en stark teamkänsla.

Vi bedriver geriatrisk vård för patienter från hela Stockholms län. Verksamheten är dynamisk med direktintag dygnet runt från akutsjukhus, ambulans, vårdcentraler och ibland direkt från hemmet. Arbetsplatsen ligger centralt i Nynäshamn med pendeltågstation på gångavstånd samt goda parkeringsmöjligheter med gratis parkering i nära anslutning.

Din roll

Som specialistläkare hos oss trivs du med att arbeta i en mindre verksamhet där samarbete, ansvar och engagemang är en självklar del av vardagen. Du är trygg i din yrkesroll och uppskattar både det patientnära arbetet och möjligheten att bidra till verksamhetens utveckling.

I rollen ingår ansvar för handledning av de underläkare du arbetar tillsammans med. Du blir en del av ett team av specialistläkare där ni stöttar och hjälper varandra i det dagliga arbetet. Här arbetar vi nära varandra med en öppen dialog och ett prestigelöst förhållningssätt. Vi tror på delaktighet och engagemang, hos oss bidrar alla, oavsett roll.

Samarbete och kompetensutbyte sker löpande med Capio Geriatrik Handen samt övriga geriatriska kliniker inom Capio. Bakjoursarbete ingår i tjänsten i samarbete med Capio Geriatrik Handen, och jourkompensationsledighet tas ut regelbundet för att skapa goda förutsättningar för återhämtning.

Dokumentation sker i journalsystemet TakeCare.
