Om Bröstsektionen

Vi är 10 bröstkirurger och en plastikkirurg som utför över 1000 bröstingrepp årligen. Vi arbetar i team med patienten i fokus i en sammanhållen vårdkedja. Vi bröstkirurger har nära samarbete med bröstonkologer, mammografidoktorer, patologer och bröstkontaktsjuksköterskor. Verksamheten bygger på ett flödesinriktat och flexibelt arbetssätt.

På sektionen bedrivs kontinuerligt flödes-, förbättrings- och kvalitetsarbete, och vi har flera pågående forskningsprojekt. Sjukhuset är en universitetssjukvårdsenhet, varför forskning är någonting vi uppmuntrar och ser som en naturlig del av vården.

Om utbildningen

Fellowshipet pågår i tre månader och syftar till att stärka din kliniska bedömning och tekniska färdighet inom bröstcancerkirurgi med fokus på bröstbevarande tekniker. Vi utgår från målen i tilläggsutbildning enligt SFFB. Utbildningens innehåll anpassas efter tidigare erfarenhet och kompetens.

Du kommer att

  • Ha egen mottagning och göra egna operationer under handledning av erfaren onkoplastikkirurg
  • Under handledning utföra reduktionsplastik, mastopexi med rotationer, round block och lateral mammarplastik
  • Introduceras till grunderna i perforantlambåer och primära rekonstruktioner
  • Delta i teknikkonferenser med egna fall
  • Följa med på mottagning och operationer både för primär och sekundär rekonstruktion

Kvalifikationer

Specialistläkare i kirurgi 1–2 års klinisk erfarenhet av bröstkirurgi

Inga krav på genomfört antal specifika ingrepp – vi värdesätter engagemang, utvecklingspotential och personlig lämplighet

Godkänd finansiering via hemkliniken
