Capio Vårdcentral Kvillebäcken söker nu en sjuksköterska till en engagerad enhet där patienten står i centrum. Vi är en del av en större organisation med lokal styrning vilket ger dig både stöd och möjlighet att påverka verksamheten. Hos oss arbetar du i ljusa lokaler tillsammans med kollegor från flera professioner för att erbjuda högkvalitativ primärvård.

Din roll

I rollen som sjuksköterska kommer du att arbeta med sedvanliga sjuksköterskeuppgifter inom primärvård med både planerade och akuta mottagningsbesök. Du kommer att delta i triage, provtagning, vaccinationer, sårvård och omvårdnadsbedömningar. Arbetet innefattar också dokumentation i journalsystem, kontakt med remittenter och samverkan med andra professioner för att skapa helhetslösningar för patienten.

Du kommer att arbeta i team och vara delaktig i arbetslagets planering och förbättringsarbete. Möjlighet finns att arbeta via både fysiska möten och digitala kanaler såsom video, chatt och telefon, beroende på enhetens erbjudande och patienternas behov.

Om dig

Du är legitimerad sjuksköterska och har erfarenhet av mottagningsarbete eller primärvård, meriterande är erfarenhet av primärvård samt digitala vårdmöten. Du är trygg i din yrkesroll, självständig samt van att samarbeta i tvärprofessionella team. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet; vi ser därför att du har god samarbetsförmåga, är ansvarstagande, har en god kommunikativ förmåga och förmåga att prioritera i en föränderlig vardag. Du ska ha intresse för kvalitet och patientsäkerhet samt vilja delta i verksamhetens utveckling.

Tjänstens omfattning och tillträde sker enligt överenskommelse. Vi strävar efter flexibilitet vad gäller sysselsättningsgrad beroende på enhetens behov och dina önskemål.
