Är du sjuksköterska och har arbetat kliniskt under en längre tid? Kanske är du nyfiken på att prova en annan sida av sjuksköterskeyrket, där din erfarenhet och kompetens får göra skillnad på ett nytt sätt?

Nu söker vi en sjuksköterska till Vårdplaneringen på Capio Läkargruppen Specialistsjukhus i Örebro.

Hos oss blir du en viktig del av kundens vårdresa. Vårdplaneringen möter kunder som behöver hjälp med sin sjukvårdsplanering och ser till att de får rätt vård, på rätt plats och i rätt tid. Du arbetar nära kunden och använder din sjuksköterskekompetens för att ge personlig rådgivning och skapa trygghet genom hela vårdresan.

Arbetet innebär bland annat personlig kontakt med kunder via telefon och chatt samt kontakt och samverkan med vårt nätverk av kvalificerade vårdgivare.

Anställningen är ett föräldravikariat under minst ett år med möjlighet till förlängning.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är trygg i din yrkesroll som legitimerad sjuksköterska, har minst tre års erfarenhet från vårdgivande verksamhet och som delar vår ambition att alltid hjälpa våra patienter att hitta rätt väg genom vården.

Hos oss får du använda din kliniska erfarenhet på ett nytt sätt. Arbetet innebär att du behöver kunna fatta självständiga beslut och göra medicinska bedömningar med gott omdöme. Samtidigt är du aldrig ensam – du har nära till dina kollegor och stöd från ansvarig chef.

För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du är flexibel, prestigelös och har lätt för att skapa förtroende i mötet med människor. Du arbetar strukturerat och noggrant, inte minst när det gäller dokumentation, och känner dig trygg med digitala verktyg och teknik.

Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga och kan uttrycka dig tydligt och tryggt på svenska, både i tal och skrift. Har du även goda kunskaper i engelska är det meriterande.
