Mitt i centrala Torslanda nära till vår fina norra skärgård (med ibland på sommaren möjlighet till bad på lunchen) hittar du oss - Capio Vårdcentral Torslanda en modern och välfungerande verksamhet med ca 10 400 listade patienter.

Hos oss finns vårdcentral, BVC och Rehab mottagning, allt samlat under ett tak. Vi som arbetar här har nära till skratt och ser varandra som tillgångar i att tillsammans utveckla vårt gemensamma uppdrag att serva våra patienter.

Chefen är närvarande och älskar! interaktionen i det dagliga arbetet med medarbetarna där lösningar och samtal gemensamt ger en bättre arbetsmiljö. Vi startar dagen med gemensamt morgonmöte och möts vid förmiddags frukost, lunch och eftermiddags fika.

Vi har professionsmöten samt APT i rullande schema , tydlig beslutsprocess samt egen lokal ledningsgrupp med biträdande, team ledare och verksamhetschef som har uppdelade ansvarsområden. När du är ny finns plan för introduktion så att det passar dina behov.

Din roll

Vi söker nu en legitimerad sjuksköterska med intresse för hypertoni, gärna med specifik utbildning.

Tillsammans med dina blivande kollegor arbetar du också med telefonrådgivning, chatt, 1177, vaccinationer, mottagningsbesök och hembesök.

I tjänsten ingår i schema fördelat tid för arbete och ansvar för egen hypertonimottagning, där du i nära samarbete med patientansvarig läkare och det övriga teamet ansvarar för våra hypertonipatienter.

Om dig

Du som söker är legitimerad sjuksköterska med intresse för hypertoni och gärna med specifik utbildning. Du har erfarenhet av mottagningsarbete inom primärvården. Du är noggrann i ditt arbete, har förmåga till flexibilitet och kan anpassa tempo och arbetsmetoder utifrån vad varje situation kräver.

Vi värdesätter laganda och förmåga att ta initiativ. Vi lägger stor vikt vid ett bra samarbete och gott bemötande av både patienter och kollegor. Som person är du tydlig och förtroendeingivande samt har god förmåga att strukturera och prioritera. Du är engagerad och noga med att alltid hålla hög kvalitet i ditt arbete.
