En verksamhet där vi arbetar med personcentrerad vård, kvalitet och teamarbete i fokus.

Capio Geriatrik Sollentuna är en av Stockholms största geriatriska kliniker, med 136 vårdplatser fördelade på fem våningsplan. Här bedrivs geriatrisk slutenvård i moderna, rymliga lokaler, huvudsakligen med enkelrum. Vi erbjuder direktintag dygnet runt, årets alla dagar. Våra patienter kommer främst från akutmottagningar eller direkt från hemmet.

Vi arbetar klinikövergripande för att utveckla och säkerställa en trygg, säker och kvalitativ vård. Hos oss får du möjlighet att bidra med din kompetens i en fin verksamhet med geriatrisk vård – tillsammans med engagerade kollegor från flera professioner.

Din roll

Som sjuksköterska hos oss möter du en bred och varierad patientgrupp, där den geriatriska patienten ofta har komplexa och sammansatta vårdbehov. Det gör det multiprofessionella samarbetet till en självklar och viktig del av vår vardag.

Vi söker dig som har ett genuint engagemang för äldre patienter och vill arbeta med personcentrerad omvårdnad i en trygg, utvecklande och professionell vårdmiljö. Under nattpassen ansvarar du för den personcentrerade omvårdnaden och arbetar nära tillsammans med undersköterska för att skapa kontinuitet och trygghet för patienterna.

Hos oss står helhetssyn och ett rehabiliterande förhållningssätt i centrum. I nära samarbete med patienter, närstående och vårt professionella team bidrar du till en vård som präglas av kvalitet, respekt och omtanke för varje individ.

Om dig

Vi söker en legitimerad sjuksköterska som vill göra verklig skillnad för våra geriatriska patienter.

Du har några års erfarenhet i yrket och känner dig trygg i att arbeta självständigt. Nattarbete innebär ett stort eget ansvar, och du har förmåga att fatta välgrundade beslut i omvårdnadsfrågor samt skapa trygghet för både patienter och kollegor.

Du trivs med att arbeta nära patienten och värdesätter personcentrerad vård, där professionell kompetens, lyhördhet och omtanke går hand i hand. Du ser varje patient som en individ och bidrar till en vårdmiljö präglad av respekt, kvalitet och kontinuitet.

Specialistutbildning inom vård av äldre eller palliativ vård är meriterande, men inte ett krav. Det viktigaste är ditt engagemang för den äldre patienten och din vilja att bidra till en god och trygg vård – även under nattens timmar.
