På Capio S:t Görans sjukhus arbetar du i händelsernas centrum, på ett "lagom" stort sjukhus med stark vi-känsla, cirka 2 500 stolta medarbetare och nöjda patienter. Vi är ett sjukhus med hög kvalitet, väl fungerande organisation med korta beslutsvägar och chefer som är närvarande i vardagen. Vi vill ständigt utvecklas, ge en bättre och effektivare vård till patienterna men också ta hand om dig, ta tillvara dina idéer, din kompetens och hjälpa dig att utvecklas.

Om AVA

Just nu söker vi sjuksköterskor till Akutvårdsavdelning (AVA) 37 som tillhör Akutkliniken på sjukhuset. Till oss på AVA kommer patienter dygnet runt från Akutmottagningen. Vi har 24 vårdplatser och är fullt bemannade med vår egen personal. Vi tar emot patienter med akutmedicinska, kirurgiska, neurologiska och ortopediska diagnoser. Det är ett högt flöde under dygnets alla timmar och en förväntad kort vårdtid, upp till 2 dygn. AVA har en vänlig kultur där patienten alltid står i centrum, tack vare våra 50 engagerade medarbetare. Vi fyller en mycket viktig funktion för sjukhuset och arbetar kontinuerligt med att säkerställa hög tillgänglighet och bedriva en patientsäker vård med hög kvalitet.

Din roll

Arbetet på AVA är varierande och du arbetar teambaserat med undersköterskor, läkare och paramedicinare. Tillsammans med en undersköterska ansvarar du för omvårdnaden av sex patienter. Utöver teamen finns det en koordinator på avdelningen. Vi arbetar kontinuerligt med att fördela resurser utifrån aktuell vårdtyngd och ger varandra mycket stöd mellan teamen för att ge patienterna en god och säker vård.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska med några års erfarenhet av arbete som sjuksköterska. Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av akutsjukvård. Du bör tycka om att arbeta i team med det akuta omhändertagandet och omvårdnad. Självklart med patienten i fokus. Vi arbetar med ständiga förbättringar i det vardagliga arbetet. Som medarbetare finns möjlighet att vara med och påverka verksamheten och utvecklas i sin yrkesroll. Vi strävar efter att ha rätt person på rätt plats och lägger därför stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.
