Capio Specialistvård Motala är en modern specialistvårdsenhet som verkar på uppdrag av och i nära samarbete med Region Östergötland. Uppdraget omfattar kvalificerad vård inom ortopedi, kirurgi, anestesi och operation samt specialiserad hudsjukvård. I uppdraget ingår dessutom att vårda patienter som opereras av flera av Universitetssjukshusets kliniker på Capios operationsenhet.

Verksamheten omfattar cirka 130 anställda, alla med ett gemensamt mål i att skapa en hälso- och sjukvård med hög kvalitet där patienten står i fokus.

På avdelningen för slutenvård och dagkirurgi arbetar sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor och fysioterapeuter i team.

Din roll

Som sjuksköterska på vår pre- och postoperativa vårdenhet samt inom slutenvård och dagkirurgi erbjuds du en bred och varierad roll där du följer patienten genom flera delar av vårdkedjan – från förberedelser inför operation till återhämtning och utskrivning. Du arbetar i nära samarbete med erfarna och engagerade kollegor från olika professioner, där teamarbete och patientens bästa genomsyrar det dagliga arbetet.

Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska och som trivs med ett varierande arbete där samarbete, flexibilitet och patientfokus står i centrum. Du är lösningsfokuserad, kan arbeta självständigt men framför allt tillsammans med dina kollegor i teamet.

För tjänsten krävs erfarenhet av pre- och postoperativ vård. Det är meriterande om du är vidareutbildad inom anestesi eller intensivvård.
