Capio VC Bromma Blackeberg är en vårdgivare i framkant med vårdcentral, psykosocialt team, barnavårdscentral och barnmorskemottagning - allt under ett och samma tak. Vi har en familjär stämning och tänker ofta lite "outside the box".

Vårdcentralen ligger ett stenkast från gröna linjens T-bana.

Vi bedriver vårt dagliga arbete med mycket stort fokus på kvalitet. Vi arbetar löpande med anpassning och utveckling av våra arbetssätt för att bäst möta våra, och våra patienters förutsättningar.

Din roll

Som SSK bedriver du både individuellt och teambaserat arbete förlagt till telefon (TeleQ), chatt och mottagning. Du har möjlighet att engagera dig i utvecklingsarbete av våra arbetssätt och medicinska rutiner. Du har möjlighet att delta i våra specialist/kronikermottagningar (hjärta/kärl, diabetes, astma/kol, osteoporos) med stort fokus på digifysisk, proaktiv vård med hög anpassning till våra patienters personliga och medicinska förutsättningar.

Om dig

Du är sjuksköterska med dokumenterad erfarenhet av primärvård. Du är driven och intresserad av kvalitet och att utveckla din arbetsplats och dess arbetssätt. Du har fallenhet för digitala verktyg och ser möjligheter kopplat till dessa. Du tycker om att jobba i team och har god samarbetsförmåga.

Möjlighet till visst distansarbete finns.

Tjänsten avser ett vikariat på 80% under 1 år, då en av våra medarbetar går på föräldraledighet. Eventuellt finns möjlighet till att få förlängning.
