Vi söker en specialist i allmänmedicin till en tillsvidaretjänst på heltid på Capio Vårdcentral Väsby. Hos oss blir du en del av ett stabilt och välfungerande team där hög medicinsk kvalitet, tydlig struktur och möjlighet att påverka verksamhetens utveckling står i centrum.

Om oss

Capio Vårdcentral Väsby är en väletablerad vårdcentral med cirka 10 000 listade patienter och omkring 100 patienter i hemsjukvård. Vi är totalt 30 medarbetare och har en stabil personalgrupp med god kontinuitet. Läkargruppen består av fyra specialister i allmänmedicin, tre ST-läkare och två legitimerade läkare. Nu vill vi stärka upp med ytterligare specialist för att skapa ännu bättre långsiktighet och kontinuitet för våra patienter.

Vi arbetar teambaserat i nära samarbete med övriga professioner. I verksamheten finns etablerade mottagningar inom bland annat diabetes, astma/KOL och hypertoni, vilket ger goda förutsättningar för strukturerad och evidensbaserad vård. Kvalitets- och förbättringsarbete är en naturlig del av vardagen.

Din roll

Som specialist i allmänmedicin hos oss driver du din egen mottagning med både akuta och planerade patientbesök. Arbetet omfattar såväl fysiska besök som digitala kontakter och sker på plats på vårdcentralen. Du arbetar i nära samverkan med kollegor och deltar i våra återkommande teamronder och läkarmöten.

I uppdraget ingår handledning av ST-läkare samt aktiv medverkan i verksamhetens kvalitets- och utvecklingsarbete. För dig som har särskilt intresse finns möjlighet att över tid ta ansvar inom specifika medicinska områden. Hemsjukvård kan ingå vid intresse men är inte ett krav.

Om dig

Skallkrav:

  • Specialist i allmänmedicin
  • Erfarenhet från svensk primärvård
  • God svenska i tal och skrift
  • B-körkort
  • Förmåga att handleda ST-läkare
  • Bekväm med digitala arbetssätt

  • Intresse för hemsjukvård
  • Engagemang i kvalitets- och förbättringsarbete
