På Capio ASIH Norrtälje får du chansen att göra verklig skillnad för patienter med komplexa vårdbehov. Vårt team består av engagerade sjuksköterskor, läkare, fysioterapeut, arbetsterapeut, kurator och undersköterskor, som tillsammans erbjuder avancerad medicinsk vård i patienternas hemmiljö, i hela Norrtälje kommun.

Din roll

I rollen som specialistläkare på Capio ASIH Norrtälje ansvarar du för medicinsk bedömning, behandling och uppföljning av patienter i sitt hem. Du har ett nära samarbete med kollegorna i teamet, deltar i rondarbete och samordnar insatser kring patienterna tillsammans med närstående och andra vårdaktörer. Hembesök utgör en naturlig del av din arbetsdag.

Du möter patienter både fysiskt i deras hem och digitalt. Arbetet är varierande, flexibelt och präglas av nära och trygga patientrelationer.

Om dig

  • Specialistläkare inom t ex onkologi, internmedicin, allmänmedicin, geriatrik eller likande specialitet. Gärna erfarenhet från ASIH eller palliativ vård. Tilläggsspecialist inom palliativ medicin är meriterande
  • Du är trygg, kommunikativ och van att arbeta i team
  • Du trivs med ett flexibelt och omväxlande arbetssätt där din kompetens verkligen gör nytta
  • Körkort B och körvana krävs för tjänsten
