Till vår högspecialiserade verksamhet på Capio Spine Center söker vi en erfaren specialistläkare inom ryggkirurgi. Hos oss arbetar du i en verksamhet präglad av kvalitet, utveckling och nära kollegialt samarbete.

Om oss

Capio Spine Center Stockholm är Nordens största ryggklinik med verksamhet på flera enheter i Stockholm. Operationsverksamheten bedrivs vid Löwenströmska sjukhuset, där även mottagning och vårdavdelning finns tillsammans med ett mycket erfaret team som har stor vana av att arbeta tillsammans.

Vi strävar efter att vara en komplett ryggklinik där hela verksamhetens samlade kompetens bidrar till hög vårdkvalitet och ett gott patientomhändertagande.

Kliniken bedriver ländryggs- och halsryggskirurgi samt enklare neurokirurgi och genomför idag över 1600 operationer per år. Verksamheten präglas av hög specialisering med fokus på kvalitet, kontinuitet och effektivitet.

Vi arbetar kontinuerligt med kvalitetsutveckling, införandet av nya behandlingsmetoder och bedriver även klinisk forskning.

Hos oss arbetar medarbetare med hög ambitionsnivå, stark kollegialitet och stort engagemang för patientsäkerhet, patientbemötande och kvalitet.

Om tjänsten

Vi söker en erfaren ryggkirurg som självständigt kan utföra ryggoperationer. Hos oss arbetar du i nära samarbete med kollegor och övriga professioner inom kliniken. Teamet möts regelbundet för genomgång av aktuella fall samt diskussion kring indikationer och operationsresultat.

Tjänstens innehåll och ansvarsområden kan i viss utsträckning anpassas utifrån din erfarenhet, kompetens och specialistbakgrund. Vi ser gärna att du bidrar med din kunskap och erfarenhet till verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling.

Kvalifikationer och egenskaper vi söker

  • Specialistläkare med erfarenhet av ryggkirurgi
  • Erfarenhet av att självständigt utföra ryggoperationer
  • God förmåga till kommunikation och samarbete
  • Hög ansvarskänsla och serviceinriktat förhållningssätt
  • Engagemang för patientsäkerhet, patientbemötande och vårdkvalitet
  • Intresse för att bidra till verksamhetens utveckling
