Om oss

På Capio öron- näsa- och hals söker vi nu en specialist inom ÖNH som vill arbeta i en organisation där patientens bästa alltid står i centrum.

Som specialistläkare hos oss arbetar du brett inom det öron-näsa-halsmedicinska området och möter både vuxna och barn. Vi har idag elva ÖNH-specialister med varierande tjänstgöringsgrad som arbetar i parallella mottagningar, där vardagen består av mottagningsarbete, polikliniska ingrepp samt dagkirurgi. Det finns även goda möjligheter att fördjupa dig inom ett särskilt intresseområde - är du rhinolog ser vi det som extra meriterande men alla subspecialiseringar är välkomna.

Du blir en del av ett välfungerande och engagerat team bestående av läkare, sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, audionom samt logoped. Tillsammans värnar vi om ett gott arbetsklimat och en helhetssyn på patientens resa genom vården.

Din roll

Som läkare hos oss arbetar du med mottagningsverksamhet och dagkirurgi inom ÖNH och möter patienter i olika åldrar och med varierande behov. Du blir en del av ett sammansvetsat team med fokus på hög medicinsk kvalitet, gott bemötande och nära samarbete

Capio öron- näsa-och hals har två mottagningsverksamheter, en i Globen och en i Solna samt en dagkirurgisk operationsavdelning och försäkringsmottagning vid Odenplan.

• Är specialistläkare inom ÖNH-sjukdomar • Kan arbeta självständigt men också i teamet med andra läkare och personal • Är engagerad och ansvarsfull och förstår vikten av ett gott bemötande • Är flexibel och vill utveckla och förbättra verksamheten tillsammans med oss • Tar till dig ny kunskap och kan fungera som en kunskapsresurs för dina kollegor • Är mån om att bidra till att skapa delaktighet och en god arbetsmiljö, genom ett • Ser det som självklart att ha ett gott samarbete med ledning och kollegor.
