På Bröstcentrum Capio S:t Görans Sjukhus samlas bred specialistkompetens inom bröstkirurgi, plastikkirurgi, onkologi, psykiatri och omvårdnad. Vårt huvuduppdrag är att diagnostisera, behandla och följa upp patienter med bröstcancer, alltid med patienten i fokus.

Bröstcentrum är ett av tre Bröstcentrum inom Region Stockholm och ansvarar för hela vårdprocessen, från screening och utredning till kirurgi och onkologisk behandling. Verksamheten växer i linje med den regionala cancerplanen och vi förstärker nu vårt team med ytterligare en tidbokare.

Din roll

Som tidbokare har du en central roll i verksamheten och bidrar till att skapa effektiva patientflöden och god tillgänglighet. Arbetet är varierande, självständigt och innebär många kontaktytor.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

  • Boka ny- och återbesök.
  • Schemalägga i Cosmic.
  • Hantera inkommande remisser.
  • Administrera väntelistor.
  • Samordna patientflöden tillsammans med vårdpersonal.
  • Arbeta nära schemaläggare, kontaktsjuksköterskor, läkare och övriga medarbetare.

Du blir en viktig del av vårt multiprofessionella team. Tillsammans med kontaktsjuksköterskor, bröstkirurger, bröstonkologer och undersköterskor bidrar du till ett nära samarbete där kvalitet och patientfokus står i centrum.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är utbildad medicinsk sekreterare, undersköterska eller vårdadministratör med erfarenhet av eller intresse för hälso- och sjukvård.

Du har:

  • datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system.
  • god medicinsk förståelse och ett intresse för administrativa processer.
  • erfarenhet av remisshantering och tidsbokning, gärna inom specialistvård.

Meriterande:

  • Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som tidbokare
  • Erfarenhet av hälso- och sjulvård och/eller bröstcancervård
