Hos oss arbetar läkare, sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, fysioterapeuter, dietister, kuratorer och arbetsterapeuter.

Vi har våra fina lokaler på Gamla Karolinska sjukhuset. Det gör att det är väldigt smidigt att ta sig hit då både pendeltåg och bussar finns på kort promenadavstånd.

Din roll

Som timanställd sjuksköterska hos oss ingår du i ett team som brinner för avancerad sjukvård i hemmet och specialiserad palliativ slutenvård (ASIH/SPSV). Grunden i vår verksamhet är att möjliggöra för patienter att tryggt kunna vara kvar hemma, så långt det bara är möjligt. Du samordnar och driver vårdplaneringen i nära samarbete med det tvärprofessionella teamet, där alla strävar mot samma mål: att patienten ska uppnå högsta möjliga livskvalitet. Du samarbetar även med andra vårdgivare. Vår verksamhet bedrivs dygnet runt.

Om dig

Kvalifikationer:

  • Legitimerad sjuksköterska (gärna med vidareutbildning inom distriktssköterska, palliativ vård eller erfarenhet av ASIH/SPSV/hemsjukvård).
  • Giltigt B-körkort (krav då arbetet sker i patienternas hem).
  • Trygg i din yrkesroll med god förmåga att arbeta självständigt samt ta egna beslut i akuta situationer.

Stark samarbetsförmåga, ett empatiskt bemötande och mycket god kommunikativ förmåga.
