Capio Privathospital er et landsdækkende privathospital med mange specialer og behandlingstilbud. Vores sekretariatet har lige nu travlt og derfor søger vi en ny kollega til teamet.

Vi kan tilbyde en energisk hverdag med engagerede og arbejdsomme kollegaer, der ser frem til at byde dig velkommen i et sekretariat, hvor vi hjælper hinanden og samarbejder på tværs.

Vi søger en engageret og struktureret patientkoordinator, der kan være med til at sikre, at vores patienter får en tryg og sammenhængende oplevelse fra første kontakt til afsluttet behandling.

Capio tilbyder

Som patientkoordinator hos os bliver du en central rolle i patientens forløb. Du får mange bolde i luften på samme tid, og du skal kunne bevare overblikket, når hverdagen er tætpakket med opgaver, henvendelser og deadlines. Du fungerer som bindeled mellem patienter, læger, plejepersonale og øvrige samarbejdspartnere, og du er med til at sikre, at alle led i patientens rejse gennem systemet hænger sammen.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. omfatte:

  • Koordinering af patientforløb, booking af undersøgelser, operationer og opfølgning
  • Kommunikation med patienter, pårørende og eksterne samarbejdspartnere
  • Journalføring og administrativ sagsbehandling
  • Sikring af overblik og fremdrift i komplekse forløb med mange samtidige opgaver
  • Generel service- og supportfunktion for afdelingens læger og øvrigt personale

Din arbejdstid er fortrinsvis mandag til fredag i dagstid. Du skal forvente at have 1-2 eftermiddagsvagter til kl. 16.00.

Vi søger dig, der kommer med en sundhedsfaglig baggrund og har lysten til at lære om de administrative patientforløb. Måske er du uddannet lægesekretær eller har arbejdet som sekretær inden for den sundhedsfaglige verden. Det vigtigste er en lyst til at arbejde med mennesker og så er det vigtigt du er

  • Handlekraftig og god til at komme med positive indspark til din hverdag
  • God til at arbejde teambaseret, og spille dine kollegaer stærke
  • God til at kommunikere, specielt i tale, da meget af vores kommunikation med vores patienter er over telefonen (du skal beherske dansk og engelsk tale)
  • Venlig og imødekommende af natur og tager patienten i hånden hele vejen
