Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and providing support to the service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive warranty processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manufacturers.

Automotive Warranty Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of warranty documentation
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
  • Process parts requisitions for warranty repairs, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage, claim status, and related information
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with warranty claims with manufacturers
  • Review and process warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Other duties assigned

Automotive Warranty Administrator Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator or in a related role is a plus
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
