Objetivo del puesto Brindar apoyo al área de Siniestros en la gestión y seguimiento de reclamaciones de cuentas multinacionales, mediante la revisión de información y documentos, registro de siniestros y comunicación con oficinas de Chubb en otros países para asegurar que cada caso cuente con la información necesaria para avanzar en su proceso. Actividades Revisar reportes de siniestros y relacionarlos con las pólizas correspondientes. Apoyar en el registro y actualización de siniestros en los sistemas internos. Revisar que los expedientes cuenten con la documentación necesaria. Identificar información o documentos faltantes y solicitarla a las oficinas correspondientes. Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de información hasta completar los expedientes. Actualizar controles y bases de datos con el avance de cada siniestro. Apoyar en el seguimiento de los procesos de pago de reclamaciones. Mantener organizada la información y documentación de los casos. Apoyar en actividades administrativas relacionadas con la gestión de siniestros. Requisitos Estudiante de Derecho, Administración, Contaduría, Actuaría, Negocios Internacionales, Economía, relaciones comerciales o afines Interés por desarrollarse en el área de seguros y gestión de siniestros. Manejo de Excel, incluyendo tablas dinámicas. Capacidad de organización y seguimiento de información. Atención al detalle y capacidad de análisis. Buena redacción y comunicación escrita. Inglés básico-intermedio (30-50%), principalmente para comunicación por correo con equipos internacionales. Deseable conocimiento o experiencia en seguros, reaseguro o procesos administrativos. Condiciones generales Horario: 8:00 a 14:00 lunes a viernes Apoyo económico: 8,000 mensuales Ubicación: Paseo de la Reforma, CDMX Duración: 1 año. Requisitos
