Our mission is simple: to provide quality vacations to our valued members and guests. Capital Vacations is hiring in Sedona, AZ and looking for proven sales professionals who know how to build trust, create value, and close. This is a high-income, performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential and a clear path for advancement.

COMPENSATION

  • $150K–$400K+ first-year earning potential
  • Uncapped commissions up to 18%
  • Two consecutive days off each week | Weekends & holidays required
  • Weekly base pay + monthly performance bonuses
