WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our guests are already vacationing in Gatlinburg and scheduled to meet with our sales team. You'll build relationships, understand their vacation needs, and introduce them to vacation ownership opportunities with Capital Vacations.

You'll receive a proven sales process, qualified guests, paid training, and leadership support.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

Sales | Hospitality | Restaurants | Bartending | Retail | Automotive | Real Estate | Tourism | Customer Service

Sales experience is helpful, but not required.

We're looking for people who are:

  • Outgoing and confident
  • Competitive and motivated by earning potential
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Professional and dependable
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Available ALL weekends and SOME holidays

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a Tennessee Timeshare/Real Estate License. Capital Vacations provides licensing guidance and full reimbursement assistance.
