Capital Vacations is hiring motivated sales professionals to join our Term Program Sales Team in Daytona Beach.

This opportunity is built for confident closers who can connect with customers, identify opportunities quickly, overcome objections, and close.

You'll work with new and existing owners, presenting Capital Vacations' Term Program and helping customers find vacation solutions that fit their needs.

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • $15/hour base pay — no draw

What Makes Term Program Different?

This isn't a traditional Frontline sales role.

We're looking for tactical, adaptable sales professionals who can read the customer, adjust their approach, create value, handle objections, and confidently move the sale forward.

You'll receive structured training, proven sales tools, and ongoing coaching while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

Position Overview

As a Term Program Sales Representative, you'll work with new and existing owners to present Capital Vacations' Term Program.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Building rapport and identifying customer needs
  • Presenting the Term Program clearly and confidently
  • Creating value and urgency
  • Overcoming objections and closing sales
  • Adapting your sales approach to each opportunity
  • Partnering with Sales Leadership to maximize closing opportunities
  • Meeting individual sales and performance goals
  • Following all sales and compliance procedures

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Real Estate License — Required
  • Previous sales experience — Required
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills
  • Confident, competitive, and results-driven
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt your sales approach
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays

Previous timeshare or vacation ownership experience is preferred, but not required.

Sales professionals from real estate, automotive, home improvement, hospitality, luxury retail, membership sales, high-ticket sales, and other commission-based environments are encouraged to apply.
