Capital Automotive is on the hunt for a high-energy, people-first Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you love connecting with customers, thrive on fast-paced communication, and get fired up by turning conversations into opportunities—you’ll feel right at home here. This role is all about building relationships, managing leads, and setting the stage for a great customer experience from the very first touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries
  • Managing and prioritizing leads to ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up
  • Connecting with customers to understand their needs and help guide their buying journey
  • Sharing information about vehicles, services, and current promotions
  • Highlighting features, benefits, and value in a clear, engaging way
  • Collaborating with the BDC team, sales staff, and other departments to drive results
  • Keeping accurate, up-to-date notes in our CRM system
  • Staying informed on market trends, inventory, and competitor offerings
  • Jumping in on other duties as needed—we’re one team here

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales or customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus!)
  • Strong communication skills and natural sales instincts
  • Comfort with phone, text, and virtual sales conversations
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales-related tools
  • A team player who’s motivated by goals and excited to exceed them
  • Adaptability in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment
  • Willingness to pass pre-employment background screenings
