If you’re passionate about people, driven by results, and ready to build a long-term career in automotive sales, Capital Nissan of Wilmington is looking for you. We’re growing our team and looking for motivated Sales Consultants who want to control their income, learn a proven process, and be part of a supportive dealership culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with customers in-person, online, and by phone to understand their vehicle needs
  • Presenting and demonstrating new and pre-owned Nissan vehicles
  • Guiding customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery
  • Building long-term customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service
  • Working closely with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth buying experience
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A self-starter mindset with a desire to win and grow
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
