  • Demonstrated knowledge of power plant operations, maintenance programs, equipment reliability, outage planning and execution, and work management processes, preferably within a gas-fired power generation facility.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience working in a unionized environment, including effective interpretation and day-to-day administration of a collective agreement and fostering positive labour relations.
  • Strong understanding of safety management systems, environmental requirements, permit-to-work processes, contractor management, and regulatory compliance within an industrial environment.
  • Experience planning, scheduling, and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including major maintenance outages, using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate equipment and operational issues, perform root cause analyses, and develop effective corrective actions to improve plant reliability and performance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
