Als AI Sales Development (all genders) nutzt du modernste Technologien, um potenzielle Kunden smarter, schneller und gezielter zu identifizieren, anzusprechen und zu qualifizieren.

Diese Herausforderungen erwarten dich:

  • Du analysierst Accounts strategisch mit Hilfe von AI-gestützten Research-Tools, um gezielt die besten Ansprechpartner:innen, Potenziale und Einstiegsstrategien zu identifizieren.
  • Du nutzt und trainierst AI-Sales-Agents, um den Outreach besser zu personalisieren, Verkaufsgespräche zu simulieren und deine Gesprächsführung stetig zu verbessern
  • Du sprichst Entscheidungsträger:innen in großen Generalunternehmen gezielt an – per Cold Calls, LinkedIn und auf Networking-Events. Dein Ziel: Qualifizierte Termine vereinbaren und langfristige Beziehungen aufbauen
  • Du verstehst die internen Strukturen potenzieller Kunden und identifizierst, wo Capmo den größten Mehrwert bietet
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren (Enterprise) Account Executives zusammen, die qualifizierte Leads übernehmen und bis zum Closing begleiten
  • Du vertrittst Capmo auf Messen, Branchen-Events und unseren eigenen Veranstaltungen

  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt mit– idealerweise im Vertrieb oder Business Development
  • Du bist neugierig, lernst schnell und hast Freude daran, dich in neue AI-Technologien einzuarbeiten - Erfahrung mit Tools wie ChatGPT, Claude oder Perplexity ist ein Plus
  • Du denkst strategisch, analysierst gern und erkennst schnell, wie Unternehmen ticken
  • Du kannst auf Augenhöhe mit Geschäftsführer:innen kommunizieren und überzeugst durch souveränes Auftreten
