Operators keep client production environments running. The role covers system backups, report distribution, and continuous monitoring of system and application jobs, with escalation to the designated programming team members when a production job errors. Operators may also monitor communications equipment and perform limited troubleshooting and problem resolution, serving as first-line support for operational and security issues across the environments CapNexus manages. • Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the regular schedule.

  • $20-30/hour, full-time with benefits.

  • Perform routine maintenance on system hardware and its peripherals.
  • Monitor the operation of core systems and auxiliary equipment throughout the shift.
  • Own all production job scheduling requests for the assigned shift.
  • Contribute to the review of operating standards alongside the supervisor.
  • Execute tape library, problem management, help desk, and documentation functions.
  • Identify and document job scheduling and processing problems arising from software or hardware malfunctions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
