ATIVIDADES:

Coleta e refinamento de requisitos: entender as necessidades do negócio/usuários e traduzi-las em demandas técnicas claras e objetivas para a equipe.

Comunicação e alinhamento: atuar como ponte entre áreas, garantindo que o escopo esteja claro para todos os envolvidos.

Apoio ao time e remoção de impedimentos: ser o ponto de apoio no dia a dia dos desenvolvedores, destravando gargalos técnicos e funcionais.

Gestão de conflitos: mediar divergências de escopo, prioridades ou abordagens com foco na melhor solução para o projeto e para o time.

Desenvolvimento e suporte prático: atuar no código em PHP, JavaScript, HTML e CSS, integrando ferramentas de IA para acelerar a produtividade e qualidade das entregas.

REQUISITOS:

Perfil comunicador interpessoal assertiva e facilidade para dialogar tanto com áreas de negócio quanto técnicas. Habilidade para gestão e resolução de conflitos.

Experiência em levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos.

Experiência com desenvolvimento web em PHP, JavaScript, HTML e CSS.

Prática no uso de IA aplicada ao desenvolvimento (ex.: Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) para ganho de eficiência.
