Who You Are:

Our Virtual Sales/Omnichannel Associates are reliable, empowered individuals, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You are an effective communicator that delivers an elevated customer experience. Keen to collaborate, you are a team player with a positive attitude towards challenges. You feel comfortable in digital contact with customer.

What You’ll Do:

· Achieve virtual sales results through elevated customer engagement

· Build and maintain repeat clientele by inspiring customers with developing continually your knowledge of current trends and styling techniques

· Drive virtual sales results by utilizing clientele app and all available tools and technology

· Perform operational tasks with excellence

· Assure entire meaningful virtual customer experience including post-purchase processes: preparing product for sending, packing, etc

· Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment

· Collaborate with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results

You’ll Need to Have:

· Confidence in delivering exceptional virtual customer experience

· Ability to resolve all client problems quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction

· Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy

· Understanding of virtual sales targets and expectations

· Comfortable with working on the phone and with WhatsApp

· Creativity and skills to create digital content to share with customers

· Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment

· Able to work on different tasks easily – multi-tasking

· English Language
