You will negotiate and document payment arrangements, investigate billing or payment discrepancies, assist with invoice reconciliation, and process and monitor premium funding documentation. You will also provide weekly updates on 30, 60 and 90-day debtors and applicable debtor letters.

Working closely with Account Executives, Risk Account Managers, insurers, premium funders and Finance, you will provide prompt account-related support, escalate aged or high-risk debtors and help improve debtor collection processes while maintaining a positive Member experience.

  • Experience managing high-volume outbound and inbound customer communications.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating payment arrangements and resolving account queries.
  • Strong telephone communication, customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive conversations professionally.

Highly regarded

  • Experience within insurance, financial services or a related industry.
  • Experience with premium funding arrangements and systems such as Insight, OfficeTech, Sunrise, SCTP or similar business platforms.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Business, Finance, Credit Management or a related field.

Qualifications

  • Completion of Year 12 or equivalent is essential. Insurance qualifications, industry experience and Tier 2 in Insurance Broking RG146 are desirable.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
