Als Senior Sales Manager treibst du unseren Markteintritt in Frankreich aus eigener Kraft voran. Du identifizierst Chancen, gewinnst Neukunden und sorgst dafür, dass wir schnell erste Umsätze realisieren.   • Sales Execution: Als echter Hunter steuerst Du aktiv den gesamten Sales-Zyklus – von der ersten Ansprache über Discovery Calls, Demos und Business Cases bis hin zu Verhandlungen und dem erfolgreichen Closing.
  • Vertriebsgebiet Frankreich: Du bist eigenverantwortlich für dein Salesgebiet - Du planst Deine Routen und Termine selbst, um unseren dortigen Erfolg aufs nächste Level zu heben.
  • Partnerships: Du baust unser Netzwerk aus Vertriebspartnern und Integrationspartnern auf, pflegst diese Beziehungen langfristig und nutzt dein eigenes Netzwerk, um relevante Leads zu generieren.
  • Revenue-Steuerung & Forecast: Du hältst unser CRM sauber, steuerst Deine Pipeline mit klaren KPIs und sorgst für zuverlässiges Forecasting.
  • Market Enablement: Du repräsentierst uns auf Events und Webinaren, entwickelst Referenzstories und bringst wertvolles Wettbewerbs- und Marktfeedback direkt ins Marketing- und Produktteam ein.

Unsere Erwartungen und Wünsche

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb (SaaS/Software/Tech)
  • Nachweisbare Closing-Erfolge im Mid-Market/SMB-Bereich, Hunter-Mindset und strukturierte Arbeit im Deal-Funnel
  • Erfahrung im Dental-/Healthcare-Umfeld (Praxen, Labore, Händler) oder mit Beschaffungs-/ERP-Prozessen
  • Verständnis für den französischen Gesundheits- oder Dentalmarkt sowie die lokalen Strukturen von Praxen, Laboren oder Distributoren
  • Verhandlungssicheres Französisch und fließendes Englisch zwingend erforderlich; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Routine im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (HubSpot/Salesforce) und datenbasierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement für cross-funktionale Projekte mit klaren Roadmaps und Abstimmungen ist wünschenswert

Reisebereitschaft in Frankreich, um unsere Kunden persönlich zu erreichen (ca. 50% der Arbeitszeit)
