Warehouse Dock Coordinator

Location: Edwardsville, IL Pay: $22.00/hour Schedule: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM Start Time

Opportunity Summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations through administrative, inventory, and clerical functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting site management, and ensuring smooth communication between the facility and corporate teams. What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative, inventory, and clerical support to site management and corporate teams
  • Enter daily operational data accurately into Capstone systems
  • Prepare and process shipments and correspondence to and from the corporate office
  • Receive, distribute, and maintain business communications and documentation
  • Support reporting, filing, and other office-related functions
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to assist with light housekeeping duties within the office area
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous office, administrative, or clerical experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Work in both office and warehouse environments
  • Comfortable working on concrete flooring and in changing temperatures
  • Frequent walking throughout the warehouse during the shift
