Capstone Logistics is seeking energetic and dependable Freight Handlers to join our team in Oakwood, GA. If you enjoy physical work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a career with growth potential, this is the opportunity for you.

As a Freight Handler, you'll play a critical role in unloading, moving, sorting, and preparing freight while helping keep warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. No warehouse experience is required. We provide paid training for motivated individuals ready to work hard and succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Load and unload freight from trailers
  • Move product throughout the warehouse and staging areas
  • Sort, repack, and palletize freight
  • Audit shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Perform general warehouse cleanup and housekeeping duties
  • Support daily warehouse operations as directed by site leadership
  • Follow safety procedures while meeting productivity goals
  • Work as part of a team to ensure customer and operational success

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs regularly throughout the shift
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety
  • Previous experience as a Freight Handler, Warehouse Worker, Material Handler, Loader, Unloader, or Warehouse Associate is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
