Deine Herausforderungen

  • Ansprechpartner mit Herz: Unsere User sind breit gestreut: Ärzte, Apotheker, Juristen, etc. aber auch Finanzberater und viele mehr nutzen unser digitales Dashboard zur Übermittlung von Kreditanträgen an CAPTIQ. Du prüfst Kreditanträge und stehst mit Deiner sympathischen Art und einem professionellen Auftreten unseren Usern bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
  • Prüfer mit Verstand: Du prüfst Darlehensanfragen nach vorbestimmten Kriterien, führst Bonitätsanalysen durch und evaluierst Finanzkennzahlen mit neusten Methoden.

Das bringst du mit

  • General Fit: Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Logik, Menschen und FinTech. Du bist technisch versiert und arbeitest gerne in einem ambitionierten und agilen Team.
  • Cultural Fit: Wir suchen nicht zwingend Gleichdenkende. Unterschiedliche Meinungen und Perspektiven machen uns nur besser. Wir alle leben ein inklusives Wertesystem in einem internationalen, sich gegenseitig fördernden, Umfeld.
  • Functional Fit: Du hast Erfahrungen im Kundenumgang und in der Kreditprüfung von KMUs. Grundkenntnisse in der Bilanzanalyse sind erforderlich (EÜR und HGB-Bilanz). Du denkst gerne mit, zeigst Eigeninitiative und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen. Du beherrscht perfektes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Useful, but not a must: Du hast Erfahrungen mit Salesforce.
