Inköps och logistikansvarig till Designhus

Byggnadsingenjör med ansvar för mängdning och materialflöden

Vill du använda din byggtekniska kompetens nära husproduktionen? Hos Designhus får du följa husbeställningen från ritning och materialberäkning till inköp och leverans. Vi söker dig som trivs med att kombinera tekniskt arbete i digitala system med leverantörskontakter och praktisk samordning.

Om rollen

Vår husfabrik i Uppsala levererar husstommar och byggdelar till cirka 80 hus per år. Som inköps- och logistikansvarig ser du till att varje beställning får rätt underlag, rätt material och en genomtänkt leveransplan. Du arbetar nära fabrikens arbetsledning, projektledning, konstruktörer och platschefer. Rollen är en självständig specialistfunktion utan personalansvar eller arbetsledning i fabriken.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

· Mängda byggmaterial och ta fram materiallistor per hus och leveransetapp.

· Registrera och uppdatera artiklar, mängder, beställningar och leveransdatum i våra system.

· Begära offerter, jämföra villkor, beställa material och följa upp orderbekräftelser och kostnader.

· Samordna material- och husleveranser med fabrik, byggplats och transportörer.

· Hantera ändringar och leveransavvikelser samt förbättra rutiner som minskar fel, svinn och sena kompletteringar.

Din bakgrund

Du är utbildad byggnadsingenjör eller byggingenjör från högskola eller YH och har erfarenhet av mängdning, teknisk beredning och materialbeställningar inom bygg eller husproduktion. Du läser bygg- och konstruktionsritningar obehindrat och har arbetat med ritningsbearbetning i CAD.

Du har erfarenhet av inköp och leverantörskontakter, goda kunskaper i Excel och vana att arbeta strukturerat i affärs-, order- eller produktionssystem. Erfarenhet av trähus, prefab, digital mängdavtagning eller bygglogistik är meriterande. Du kommunicerar väl på svenska och har B-körkort.

Du är noggrann med detaljer och håller samtidigt ihop flera beställningar. Du planerar med framförhållning, följer upp det du har beställt och tar tag i avvikelser. I kontakten med kollegor och leverantörer är du tydlig, lösningsorienterad och mån om att hitta lösningar som fungerar i produktionen.

Om Designhus och tjänsten

Designhus arbetar med bostadsprojekt, bland annat parhus och radhus, i Uppsala- och Stockholmsregionen. Här får du en bred roll med nära koppling till de hus som byggs och möjlighet att utveckla arbetssätten för inköp och materialförsörjning. Tjänsten är på heltid, tillsvidare, med placering vid husfabriken i Uppsala.
