Freelance Swim Coach – CapySwim

CapySwim is looking for experienced freelance swim coaches to join our growing coaching team in Singapore.

We are seeking responsible, patient, and enthusiastic coaches who have prior swim coaching experience and enjoy working with children and/or adults. Coaches will conduct private and small-group swimming lessons at condominium and private pools across Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1-to-1 and small-group swimming lessons (30/45 Minutes)
  • Teach swimming fundamentals, water confidence, stroke techniques and water safety
  • Plan lessons according to each swimmer’s ability, age and goals
  • Monitor and provide feedback on swimmers’ progress
  • Maintain a safe, positive and encouraging learning environment
  • Communicate professionally with clients

Requirements

  • Must have prior swimming coaching/teaching experience
  • Able to teach at least 2 swimming strokes confidently
  • Experience coaching children and/or adults
  • Patient, responsible and reliable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel to different swimming locations in Singapore
  • Relevant swimming/coaching certifications are an advantage
