Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Kassel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt motivierte, selbstständig arbeitende Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du berätst und betreust unsere Bestandskund:innen und akquirierst eigenständig Neukund:innen
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege unseres Kund:innenstamms
  • Du kalkulierst und erstellst individuelle Angebote und behältst ihre Entwicklung im Blick
  • Du führst eigenständig Verkaufsgespräche durch und kümmerst dich um etwaige Reklamationen von Kund:innen
  • Du setzt Verkaufsaktionen um und entwickelst eigene Ideen für Vertriebsstrategien
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst zusammen
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für andere interne Abteilungen wie Disposition, Kundencenter, Buchhaltung und IT.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und bist auf Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Deine Denkweise ist Kund:innen- und serviceorientiert
  • Du bringst ein freundliches, überzeugendes und kompetentes Auftreten am Telefon und im direkten Kontakt zu Kund:innen mit
  • Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit Computern, MS-Office und Warenwirtschaftssytemen
  • Du hast eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise, bist zuverlässig und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine hohe Belastbarkeit mit und bist stressresistent
