Temos 12 lojas nas principais capitais do nordeste, 1 CD e já estamos prospectando novas unidades em breve. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia da função, você será responsável por:Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção para diferentes níveis e áreas da unidade;Acompanhar a integração de novos colaboradores e o período de experiência;Apoiar ações de treinamento, desenvolvimento e avaliação de desempenho;Administrar benefícios e acompanhar as rotinas de departamento pessoal da unidade;Desenvolver ações de clima organizacional, engajamento e retenção de talentos;Orientar lideranças e colaboradores sobre políticas internas, práticas de RH e relações de trabalho;Acompanhar indicadores de Gente e Gestão, como turnover, absenteísmo e prazo de contratação, propondo melhorias nos processos;Garantir a organização e a conformidade dos documentos e processos admissionais.Acompanhar e aplicar em sua unidade as ações de endomarketing dentro dos padrões orientados.

Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório:Graduação completa em Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento em processos de recrutamento e seleção.Conhecimento em técnicas de treinamento e desenvolvimento.Familiaridade com ferramentas de avaliação de desempenho e gestão por competências.Familiaridade com ferramenta de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Será um diferencial se você tiver:Pós-graduação ou especialização em andamento nas áreas de Gestão de Pessoas, Desenvolvimento Organizacional ou correlatas (desejável).Conhecimento em gestão de documentos e sistemas de informação de RH (preferencialmente TOTVs ou similares).Conhecimentos de legislação trabalhista e benefícios.
