Temos 12 lojas nas principais capitais do nordeste, 1 CD e já estamos prospectando novas unidades em breve.Estamos com uma oportunidade de Gerente de Logística na Carajás Home Center e gostaríamos de convidar você a se inscrever!Será um prazer conhecer melhor o seu perfil e considerá-lo para esta oportunidade conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuições No dia a dia da função, você será responsável por:Gerenciar o planejamento e a execução das atividades logísticas da loja, desde o recebimento de mercadorias até a distribuição interna, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e padrões de qualidade.Assegurar que o estoque esteja alinhado à demanda, minimizando perdas e maximizando o uso eficiente do espaço. Analisar e melhorar os processos de armazenagem e expedição para aumentar a eficiência operacional e reduzir custos logísticos. Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de logística, assegurando que as atividades diárias sejam executadas de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos e as metas da loja. Monitorar os indicadores de desempenho logístico, como o tempo de reposição, taxa de ruptura e nível de serviço, buscando continuamente melhorias nos resultados. Colaborar com os departamentos de Gente e Gestão, Produto, e Tec. da Informação para implementar soluções que melhorem a eficiência e a integração da logística com as demais operações da loja. Analisar e melhorar rotinas de armazenagem e expedição para reduzir custos e aumentar a eficiência. Assegurar que as operações logísticas estejam em conformidade com as normas de segurança, saúde ocupacional e legislações vigentes.Acompanhar banco de horas e apoiar a gestão da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos alguém com mentalidade de solução de problemas, boa comunicação, organização e atenção aos detalhes, com habilidades de liderança para trabalhar em equipe, gerir o tempo e garantir a execução eficiente das rotinas logísticas.Obrigatórios:Ensino Superior completo em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em gestão de estoques.Conhecimento em rotinas de distribuição, armazenagem, separação e entrega, retira e transporte de mercadorias.Familiaridade com análise de KPIs logísticos e indicadores de desempenho operacional.Capacidade de utilização de sistemas de gestão logística (WMS, TMS, ERP).Habilidade em gestão de pessoas e liderança de equipesSerá um diferencial se você tiver MBA ou Pós-Graduação em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
