A Carajás é uma empresa com mais de 20 anos de atuação no segmento de Home Center, somos líderes no nordeste e 6ª maior Home Center a nível nacional (fonte anamaco). Temos 12 lojas nas principais capitais do nordeste, 1 CD e já estamos prospectando novas unidades em breve. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo dia a dia da função, você será responsável por:Repor mercadorias mediante execução de rotinas da área;Realizar contagem de produtos em loja, conforme orientação da liderança, para controle de estoque e conferência do saldo físico com o sistema;Realizar limpeza das prateleiras através de material específico;Transferir mercadorias do depósito para a loja, expondo-os nas prateleiras e/ ou estocando-os nos aéreos;Identificar as caixas dos aéreos com referência e código de barra dos produtos para facilitar a visualização;Sinalizar os preços dos produtos através da elaboração de cartazes e etiquetas visando facilitar a visualização por parte dos clientes;Etiquetar os produtos para atualizar preços nas gôndolas conforme sistema;Recolher as mercadorias descartadas pelo cliente nos setores para realocar nas gôndolas;Identificar e recolher mercadorias que apresentem avarias ou estejam fora do prazo de validade no momento da organização e/ou reposição diária, informando o superior para as medidas cabíveis;Realizar exposição dos produtos em promoção visando despertar a atenção do cliente;Realizar atendimento de clientes, levantando suas necessidades e orientando quanto à localização, características e disponibilidade dos produtos.

Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatório:Ensino médio completo. Será um diferencial se você ter:Conhecimento básico de organização de estoque e layout de loja. Noções de atendimento ao cliente e técnicas de vendas (direcionar clientes para o setor correto do produto procurado). Noções de segurança no trabalho e manuseio de materiais. Conhecimento dos procedimentos de recebimento e conferência de mercadorias (desejável). Habilidade em realizar cálculos básicos (adição, subtração, multiplicação).
