Your Role in Synergy's Success

Responsável por prestar suporte técnico nível 1 e 2 aos usuários, manter e administrar equipamentos, redes, sistemas e impressoras, além de atuar no suporte ao ambiente OT. O cargo garante a continuidade das operações de TI, o cumprimento de SLAs, a segurança de acessos e a padronização dos processos. Também envolve colaboração com equipes globais, documentação de procedimentos e identificação de melhorias na infraestrutura.

How You Will Contribute

Responsabilidades Principais

Suporte ao Usuário (Helpdesk)

  • Prestar suporte técnico N1 e N2, presencial e remoto.
  • Registrar, acompanhar e resolver chamados via Service Desk, garantindo atendimento dentro dos SLAs.
  • Atuar em incidentes relacionados a hardware, software, rede e acessos.

Infraestrutura de TI

  • Administrar e dar suporte a estações de trabalho, notebooks, dispositivos móveis e periféricos.
  • Instalar, configurar e manter Windows e aplicações corporativas.
  • Contribuir na manutenção de LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches e cabeamento estruturado.
  • Suportar e administrar impressoras e soluções de impressão.

Ambiente OT (Operational Technology)

  • Prestar suporte a estações e equipamentos utilizados no ambiente industrial/OT.
  • Atuar em parceria com Engenharia, Automação e Operações para resolução de incidentes.
  • Garantir conformidade com políticas de segurança e segregação IT/OT.

Segurança e Acessos

  • Gerenciar criação, alteração e remoção de acessos, conforme políticas definidas.
  • Apoiar a aplicação de patches, atualizações e soluções de antivírus.
  • Reforçar políticas globais de segurança da informação.

Padronização e Melhoria Contínua

  • Apoiar a padronização de equipamentos, imagens, processos e procedimentos.
  • Documentar soluções, procedimentos e base de conhecimento.
  • Identificar e propor melhorias na infraestrutura e no atendimento ao usuário.

Relacionamento e Comunicação

  • Colaborar com equipes locais e globais de TI.
  • Escalar incidentes complexos quando necessário.
  • Comunicar-se de forma clara e profissional com usuários e stakeholders.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em TI, Redes de Computadores, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia com suporte técnico N1/N2.
  • Conhecimento de redes, Windows, impressoras e infraestrutura básica.
  • Desejáveis: ITIL, noções de OT, AD/M365, certificações técnicas.
