The Role

As Sales Brand Manager for France, you will be one of Cardo’s key ambassadors in the market. You will bring our brand, products, and technology to life for dealers, retail partners, sales representatives, riders, and industry communities. Your goal is to grow brand awareness, strengthen our partner network, and turn great in-market execution into sales growth.

You will report to the Country Manager, France, work closely with the wider EMEA sales and marketing teams, and cover the French market from a home base in the Paris region.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a visible and knowledgeable Cardo ambassador across the French market.
  • Work with the Country Manager and the sales and marketing teams to set monthly priorities and support local campaigns.
  • Visit dealers and retail partners regularly to train teams, demonstrate new products, and ensure the Cardo brand is presented at its best.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, industry communities, and other partners.
  • Grow Cardo’s reseller network by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new trade partners.
  • Support partners with product displays, stock availability, ordering, and the right inventory levels.
  • Respond quickly to dealer and distributor needs, bring in the right internal resources, and help turn opportunities into sales.
  • Identify relevant events and rides, build an annual activation calendar, and represent Cardo at trade shows, product launches, and other key moments.
  • Develop relationships with influential people and communities in the motorcycle industry to increase brand visibility.
  • Gather feedback from dealers and riders and share useful insights with the wider business.
  • Keep a close eye on competing brands, products, and market developments.
  • Maintain and localize French-language training materials.
  • Support the Customer Support team with occasional end-user questions by phone or email.
  • Review activity, goals, and progress regularly with the Country Manager, France.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • At least five years of experience in brand management, channel development, dealer management, or a similar field-based commercial role.
  • Proven experience developing the French market and managing sales channels; experience with a global consumer electronics brand is a strong advantage.
  • Existing relationships with motorcycle dealerships, accessory retailers, or relevant industry communities are highly valued.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • A valid car driving license.
  • You are an active and experienced motorcycle rider with a valid motorcycle license and your own bike.
  • You live in the Paris region and are comfortable traveling across France for around 50% of your time; the remainder of the role is home-based.
  • An interest in skiing or snowboarding is a plus.
