The posting

Voor een warm gezin met twee creatieve en sociale kinderen zijn we op zoek naar een betrokken Family Assistant die het gezin op regelmatige basis ondersteunt tijdens de avonduren. De mama is thuis aanwezig, maar kan door medische omstandigheden niet alle zorgtaken zelfstandig opnemen. Daarom zoekt het gezin een betrouwbare rechterhand die mee helpt om het dagelijkse gezinsleven vlot te laten verlopen.

De kinderen spelen graag buiten, houden van creativiteit en varen wel bij een rustige, warme aanpak. De school bevindt zich op ongeveer 30 minuten rijden van de woning.

Jouw taken

  • Kinderen ophalen van school en veilig naar huis brengen
  • Kinderen laten thuiskomen en begeleiden in hun avondroutine
  • Boodschappen doen voor het avondmaal
  • Bereiden van een verse gezinsmaaltijd
  • Lichte huishoudelijke ondersteuning zoals:afwas keuken opruimen samen met de kinderen speelgoed opruimen
  • Mee structuur brengen in het gezinsleven en een ondersteunende rol opnemen naast mama

Belangrijk: je neemt de ouderrol niet over, maar werkt aanvullend op de aanwezige ouder. Het doel is om de mama te ontlasten zodat zij voldoende energie behoudt voor quality time, emotionele aanwezigheid en begeleiding van de kinderen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent warm, geduldig en betrokken
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen en bouwt graag een vertrouwensband op
  • Je kan omgaan met kinderen met ADHD en/of autisme
  • Je hebt begrip voor een taalachterstand en begeleidt kinderen op een positieve manier
  • Je vindt het leuk om actief met kinderen bezig te zijn, samen te spelen en hen te betrekken bij kleine huishoudelijke taken
  • Je bent zelfstandig, praktisch ingesteld en ziet werk

Werkuren

  • Maandag: 15.00 - 21.00 uur (6 uur)
  • Dinsdag: 15.00 - 21.00 uur (6 uur)
  • Woensdag: 12.00 - 17.00 uur (5 uur)
  • Vrijdag: 15.00 - 18.00 uur (3 uur)

Totaal: 20 uur per week
