Hoe jouw week eruitziet

  • specialistische behandelingen bij complexe problematiek, afgestemd op cliënt en systeem
  • regiebehandelaar zijn waar dat past, met eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het traject
  • meedenken over behandelinhoud, beleidsontwikkeling en zorginnovatie
  • begeleiden en superviseren van collega-psychologen in opleiding
  • deelnemen aan MDO's, intervisie en vakinhoudelijke casuïstiek
  • psychodiagnostiek als vast onderdeel van je werk

Waar jij gaat werken

Verbinding is de kern van hoe wij werken. Met cliënten, met elkaar en met het vak. Die overtuiging voel je op onze locatie aan de Nieuwe Binnenweg vanaf de eerste dag.

Ons team bestaat uit regiebehandelaren, gesprekstherapeuten, vaktherapeuten, casemanagers en de medisch secretaresse die nauw samenwerken met korte lijnen en oprechte aandacht voor elkaar. De sfeer is warm en professioneel — er is ruimte voor inhoudelijk overleg, voor humor en voor de openheid die goede samenwerking vraagt.

Ons team in Rotterdam is klein, hecht en volop in ontwikkeling. Een vast moment van verbinding is de gezamenlijke lunch — een dagelijks ritueel waarbij we even pauzeren, bijpraten en met nieuwe energie de middag ingaan. Die aandacht voor elkaar, ook buiten de behandelkamer, maakt het team wat het is.

In loondienst (36 uur)

  • inschaling FWG 70 + 50% pensioenbijdrage

Wat jij meebrengt

  • afgeronde opleiding tot psychotherapeut met geldige BIG-registratie
  • ervaring met complexe GGZ-problematiek en een reflectieve, zorgvuldige werkhouding
  • beschikbaar voor 24 - 32 uur per week
