Du möchtest deine pflegerische Expertise mit deinem Know\-how im Wundmanagement verbinden? Für einen ambulanten Pflegedienst suchen wir eine engagierte Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Weiterbildung als Wundexpert. Du arbeitest selbstständig im häuslichen Umfeld und übernimmst neben der professionellen Pflege auch eine wichtige fachliche rund um die Wundversorgung.

? Einsatzgebiet: Raum Zürich \- Winterthur \- bis Stadt St. Gallen.

Spitex\-Erfahrung ist kein Muss. Wichtig sind deine pflegerische Qualifikation, deine Expertise im Bereich Wundmanagement und deine Freude daran, dein Fachwissen in einem ambulanten Umfeld einzubringen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess deiner Klientinnen und Klienten.
  • Du führst Bedarfsabklärungen durch und bist für eine individuelle Pflegeplanung und deren Evaluation verantwortlich.
  • Du gewährleistest eine professionelle Grund\- und Behandlungspflege gemäss den geltenden Vorgaben.
  • Du beurteilst Wunden, planst geeignete Massnahmen und begleitest deren Verlauf.
  • Du bringst deine Expertise im Wundmanagement ins Team ein und unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei fachlichen Fragen.
  • Du berätst Klientinnen, Klienten und Angehörige rund um die Wundversorgung und den Umgang mit ihrer gesundheitlichen Situation.
  • Du arbeitest mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Spitälern sowie weiteren involvierten Fachpersonen zusammen.
  • Du führst die elektronische Pflegedokumentation sorgfältig und vollständig.

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige, SRK\-anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Weiterbildung zur Wundexpertin / zum Wundexperten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Wundmanagement
  • Spitex\-Erfahrung ist nicht erforderlich
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an fachlicher Verantwortung und interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
