Für eine wachsende Spitex\-Organisation mit Schwerpunkt auf ambulanter Pflege und Angehörigenpflege suchen wir eine engagierte und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Pflegedienstleitung (PDL).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung des Pflege\- und Betreuungsteams
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege gemäss gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Fachliche Begleitung, Beratung und Unterstützung von pflegenden Angehörigen
  • Verantwortung für Pflegeplanung, Pflegedokumentation und korrekte Leistungserfassung
  • Durchführung von Pflegevisiten, Fallbesprechungen und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Optimierung interner Pflegeprozesse sowie effiziente Personal\- und Einsatzplanung
  • Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Klienten, Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachstellen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und aktive Mitgestaltung der Organisationsentwicklung

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertig anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise im Spitex\-Bereich
  • Führungserfahrung als PDL, stellvertretende PDL oder Teamleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Gesundheitswesens und der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Erfahrung in Qualitätssicherung, Pflegeplanung und Pflegedokumentation
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs\- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Pflegedokumentationssystemen
