Sie möchten eine eigene Kinderarztpraxis führen und Ihre berufliche Zukunft selbst gestalten? Für eine Kinderarztpraxis im Kanton Basel\-Landschaft, unmittelbar angrenzend an die Stadt Basel, suchen wir eine Fachärztin oder einen Facharzt für Kinder\- und Jugendmedizin als Teilhaber/in und Praxisnachfolger/in.

Sie steigen als Teilhaber/in ein und übernehmen die Praxis nach einer Übergangsphase von zwei bis drei Jahren vollständig. Die Nachfolge wird von Beginn an durch eine Praxisübernahmevereinbarung mit einem klaren Zeitrahmen verbindlich geregelt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche ambulante Betreuung von Säuglingen, Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Durchführung von Vorsorgeuntersuchungen sowie Abklärung und Behandlung akuter und chronischer Erkrankungen
  • Beratung und langfristige Begleitung von Eltern und Bezugspersonen
  • Mitgestaltung der medizinischen Versorgung und der Praxisorganisation
  • Übernahme der medizinischen und unternehmerischen Verantwortung im Rahmen der vereinbarten Praxisnachfolge

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Sie verfügen über einen Facharzttitel in Kinder\- und Jugendmedizin oder eine entsprechende, in der Schweiz anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Interesse am pneumologischen Fachgebiet
  • Sie arbeiten klinisch sicher und legen Wert auf eine persönliche, kontinuierliche Betreuung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und ihren Familien
  • Sie bringen unternehmerisches Interesse, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und den klaren Wunsch mit, eine eigene Praxis langfristig zu führen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie eine verbindliche und wertschätzende Kommunikation runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Erfahrung in einer pädiatrischen Praxis ist sehr willkommen
  • Ebenso angesprochen sind Fachärztinnen und Fachärzte aus dem klinischen Umfeld, die den Schritt in die Selbstständigkeit gehen möchten
