Für ein Spital im Kanton Bern suchen wir eine engagierte und flexible Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH für einen temporären Einsatz. Du möchtest deine Fachkompetenz gezielt einsetzen, neue Erfahrungen sammeln und ein bestehendes Pflegeteam tatkräftig unterstützen? Dann bietet dir diese temporäre Herausforderung eine spannende Möglichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du stellst eine professionelle, individuelle und patientenorientierte Pflege sicher
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess und dessen fachgerechte Dokumentation
  • Du erkennst Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand und leitest entsprechende Massnahmen ein
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem interdisziplinären Team zusammen
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität bei

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertig anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Akutspital mit
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bist flexibel und findest dich rasch in neue Teams und Arbeitsumgebungen ein
  • Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit und deinen wertschätzenden Umgang mit Patientinnen, Patienten und Mitarbeitenden
