Als orthopedagoog ben jij de inhoudelijke motor achter goede zorg. Jij overziet, verdiept en verbindt. Je beweegt je soepel tussen cliënt, team en organisatie en zorgt samen met de teammanager Zorg dat begeleiding en behandeling niet alleen kloppen op papier, maar vooral in de praktijk voelbaar beter worden.

  • Diagnostiek – Je observeert, onderzoekt en analyseert gedrag en ontwikkeling en vertaalt dit naar een helder en integraal cliëntbeeld.
  • Behandeling – Je voert regie op zorgplannen, evalueert en stuurt bij waar nodig, altijd afgestemd op de individuele cliënt.
  • Regie – Je bewaakt de samenhang in het multidisciplinaire behandelproces en zorgt dat alle betrokken disciplines goed samenwerken.
  • Advisering – Je ondersteunt en adviseert begeleiders en teams bij complexe zorgvragen en het methodisch werken.
  • Samenwerking – Je neemt actief deel aan overleg met collega’s, verwanten en externe betrokkenen en brengt daarin jouw expertise stevig in.
  • Ontwikkeling & beleid – Je signaleert trends en knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan innovatie binnen het vakgebied en de organisatie.

Je herkent jezelf volledig in dit werk. Je staat stevig, denkt scherp en handelt doordacht. Complexe zorgvraagstukken schrikken je niet af — ze dagen je juist uit om het beste uit jezelf en anderen te halen.

  • Opleiding – Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding Orthopedagogiek of Psychologie, bij voorkeur aangevuld met de GZ-opleiding en beschikt over de vereiste (beroeps)registraties.
  • Ervaring – Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met diagnostiek, gedrag en ontwikkeling van mensen met een verstandelijke en/of meervoudige beperking.
  • Analytisch vermogen – Je kunt problematiek doorgronden, verbanden leggen en dit vertalen naar effectieve behandel- en begeleidingsadviezen.
  • Professionele autonomie – Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid, binnen de kaders van organisatie- en zorgbeleid.
  • Adviserende kracht – Je weet te overtuigen, te stimuleren en waar nodig bij te sturen, op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Communicatie – Je communiceert helder en zorgvuldig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, met oog voor cliënt, systeem en professional.
  • Persoonlijkheid – Je bent empathisch, standvastig en reflectief en blijft jezelf ontwikkelen binnen een vak dat continu in beweging is.
