当社では、次世代の移動手段である「空飛ぶクルマ（eVTOL）」の社会実装に向け、機体開発と飛行試験を加速させています。今後の多機体同時運航や、より高密度かつ高度な検証試験に対応するため、プロポ操縦のプロフェッショナルとして、試験飛行の最前線を担っていただける新たな仲間を募集します。

  • 開発試験飛行の実施： 試作機や実証機の遠隔操縦（プロポ操縦）
  • データ収集と分析: 飛行中に重要な性能データ、システムデータ、および操縦データを収集し、エンジニアリングチームと協力してこれらのデータを分析します。特に、既存システムのベースライン性能と変更後の性能比較に重点を置きます。
  • フィードバックの提供: 航空機の操縦性、システム機能、人間工学、安全性について、詳細かつ建設的なフィードバックをエンジニアリングおよび設計チームに提供します。既存の運用要件と航空局の基準に基づいた評価が求められます。
  • 試験計画への貢献: 飛行試験計画、手順書、および安全性評価の開発とレビューに積極的に貢献します。特に、改修やシステム変更に伴うリスク評価と緩和策の検討が重要です。
  • 安全性とコンプライアンス: 最高の安全基準と規制要件を常に遵守し、飛行試験活動がすべての適用される航空規制（特に型式証明関連）に準拠していることを確認します。
  • 緊急事態への対応: 緊急事態発生時に適切な判断を下し、必要な手順を実行して、航空機と乗員の安全を確保します。
  • 文書化と報告: 飛行試験結果、観察事項、および推奨事項について、正確かつ詳細な報告書を作成し、型式証明取得に必要な各種文書に貢献します。 ※当ポジションは、豊田市内の試験場や山口県内の試験場等、長期間の出張が発生します

必須スキル

  • 無人航空機における卓越した操縦実績 ドローンレース等の競技会での入賞実績 産業用大型無人航空機（農薬散布・測量等）での実務経験
  • 機体構造への関心： 操縦だけでなく、電気・制御系統など機体システムを理解しようとする姿勢

歓迎スキル

  • マニュアル操縦（GPS等に頼らない姿勢制御モード）での高度な飛行スキル
  • 自作ドローンのビルド経験や、FPVドローンの整備・カスタマイズ経験
  • 航空法、電波法、および安全運航管理に関する専門知識
  • RCヘリコプター（エンジン/電動）の3Dフライトや高度なスタント飛行経験
  • プロジェクトチームでの実務経験（多職種が混在する環境での円滑な連携）
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • 裁量労働制：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

  • 年間休日115日（土・日、年末年始、会社指定休日）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）

給与

  • 想定年収：650万円 - 1,000万円
  • 月給：542,000円 ~ 834,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 187,620円 ~ 288,754円を支給
