当社は、革新的な空の移動手段であるeVTOLの開発を推進しており、事業の拡大に伴い、会社全体のITシステムを支えるコーポレートITスペシャリストを募集します。このポジションは、従業員の生産性を最大化するためのIT環境を構築・運用・改善する重要な役割を担います。このポジションでは、経営陣やエンジニアなど社内外の多様なステークホルダーと連携し、ビジネスの成長をITの側面からサポートする重要な役割を担います。単なる運用保守に留まらず、会社の課題をITの力で解決する、コミュニケーション力と提案力に長けた方を求めています。

ITを活用した業務改善提案：

  • 経営陣や開発部門と密接に連携し、業務プロセスの非効率な部分を特定します。
  • 既存のITツールや新規ソリューションを活用した改善策を具体的に提示し、関係者を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進します。

ITツールの企画・導入・運用改善:

  • 各部門からの要望をヒアリングし、潜在的な課題を特定し、最適なITツールの選定、導入、運用改善、トレーニングまで一貫して担当します。
  • 導入済みのERPを活用して、原価計算やFP&A業務、固定資産管理 等の業務改善をサポートします。

ITインフラチームとの連携:

  • ネットワーク、サーバー、セキュリティ機器といったITインフラ関連の業務を専門チームと連携して進めます。
  • 会社の成長に伴うITインフラの要件を整理し、計画策定をサポートします。

チーム体制・役割分担

  • 本ポジションは、コーポレートIT部門内のアプリケーションチームに所属します。
  • アプリケーションチームでは、業務改善テーマやプロジェクト単位で主担当・副担当を設定し、チーム連携しながら業務を推進します。
  • すべての業務を一人で網羅することは想定しておらず、役割分担を前提とした体制です。

入社後に期待する役割

  • 現行業務プロセスおよびITツールのキャッチアップ
  • 業務アプリケーション／ITツールを中心とした改善テーマの洗い出し
  • 小規模な改善施策の企画、実行から着手し、主担当、副担当として段階的に担当領域を拡大
  • 業務内容に応じて、国内外の拠点や関係先への出張が発生します（現場業務の理解および関係部門との連携を目的としています）

必須スキル

  • システム導入に関連する実務経験（3年以上）
  • 様々なステークホルダーと円滑なコミュニケーションを構築し、課題を引き出す能力
  • 課題に対する論理的な思考力と、ソリューションを提案・実行する能力
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語力

歓迎スキル

  • 複数部署にまたがる案件の企画立案やプロマネ経験
  • ERPを活用した全体最適での業務改善
  • 航空機、自動車、重工業など、複雑な製品開発におけるITシステムサポート経験
  • VBA、Pythonなどを用いた自動化ツールの開発経験
  • ヘルプデスク業務やIT資産管理に関する実務経験
  • ISO 27001などの情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムに関する知識や実務経験

  • 各部署を横断しながら、プロジェクトを動かす推進力、統率力をお持ちの方

雇用形態

  • 正社員、もしくは契約社員
  • 試用期間：あり（3~6か月）

勤務地

  • 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置
  • 必要に応じて出張が発生します。
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制、もしくは裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分 フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

休日

  • 年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）
  • リフレッシュ休暇：勤続1,3,4,5年目に付与

給与

  • 想定年収：685万円 - 1000万円
  • 月給：571,000円 ~834,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、197,680円 ~ 288,754円を支給 超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • スキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定

福利厚生

  • 通勤手当、出張手当、単身赴任手当、引越し手当、他 ※諸条件あり
